Career Education

A person’s career is considered their “journey” through life, and the Career Education curriculum offers students the opportunity to pursue this journey in personally meaningful and goal-oriented ways.
Career Education Programming is a required subject in British Columbia.
Career Education consists of much more than simply "job education". It involves exploration of one 's identity, values, interests and goals. Career education also recognizes the holistic and multidimensional nature of our life journey and involves the exploration of community, post-secondary pathways and workplaces while also including an emphasis on wellness and mental health
